Twilight T1 - T7
Wednesday, December 14, 2011 at 03:44PM The results are presented a bit differently because because I can't get Sailwave to work with handicaps that vary through the season and ended up using a Excel spreadsheet. T1 - T4 (T1 race abandoned) were sailed using the A Series handicaps and T5 - T7 use the B Series handicaps. Remember the Twilight Series uses a high point scoring system i.e. the person who gets the most points wins. The points a sailor gets depends on their place in the race based on corrected time and also the size of the fleet thay sailed in. Only the bets 10 race scores will count so things will get even more interesting once we get past T10 and the worst scores (all those DNCs) start getting dropped.
In most of the fleets the scoring remains very close. For instance in the Starling class Shaun H 30.5, Hannah M 29.79, Olivia M 29.47, Paddy G 26.48, and the VC (he really needs a bigger boat) 22.87.
I have included the formula used to caclulate the points below.
Custom high point formula
2+10*(s/(s+3))*loge((s+4)/(p+4))/loge((s+4)/5)
loge = natural log, p = place, s = number of boats in the fleet coming out to race.
If all starters finish then last finisher gets 2 points. The winner’s score depends on fleet size. As the fleet gets bigger this score gets closer to 12 points. The other points are distributed between these two extremes. There is a bigger ‘points gap’ between first and second compared to last and second to last. DNS, DNF, DSQ = 1 point, DNC = 0 points

This hugo boss has shaped me in many important ways. The first thing that Hugo boss online learned was the importance of a strong work ethic. Working long hours did a lot to mold my hugo boss shop and helped me learn the value of a hugo boss outlet. It also made me learn how to craft creative solutions to difficult hugo boss suits.
Finally, I entered the hermes sito ufficiale. Because of my careful savings, I did not have to work during the hermes borse. Then, summer came and it was time to work harder than ever. I continued working as a Hermes birkin waitress at night, instructed tennis camps several mornings a week and worked as a Hermes kelly secretary for a few hours in the afternoons.
